Each character in the Gangster Animals universe is available in a limited edition of 22 numbered copies per design and per size. This approach guarantees:

Exclusivity — You own a rare and sought-after piece
Value — Limited editions increase in value over time
Authenticity — Each poster is part of a unique collection

Once all 22 copies are sold, the design will no longer be available.

Our posters are printed on 192 gsm thick, museum-quality matte paper. This acid-free paper guarantees a durability of over 50 years without yellowing. The professional finish boasts rich and deep colors, just like in art galleries.

No, posters are sold unframed. This allows you to choose the frame that perfectly matches your style and interior.

Anti-reflective glass recommended — To avoid distracting reflections and protect the print

Tip: Measure your space carefully before ordering to choose the right size!

Before framing:

Handle the poster by the edges only
Keep it flat in its original packaging
Never fold it

Once framed:

Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure (although our inks are UV-resistant)
Clean the glass with a soft, dry cloth
Hang in a dry place, away from humidity

We do our best to ensure that the colors displayed are true to the final print. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. The HD Giclée print guarantees vibrant, deep and long-lasting colors.

It's very simple:

You will receive an immediate confirmation email
A second email with the tracking number will be sent upon shipment

Each poster is created especially for you with the greatest care. The total timeframe includes:

Production: 2-5 business days (up to 7 days for large formats 16″ and 18″)
Standard Delivery: 2-6 business days after dispatch (depending on your location)

Estimated total timeframe:

France and Europe: 1 to 2 weeks on average
International: 2 to 3 weeks on average

Yes! We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your address at checkout. No surprises!

Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real-time until it is delivered.

Your posters are carefully protected to arrive in perfect condition:

Small sizes (10″ and 12″): Reinforced rigid envelopes (stay-flat envelopes)
Large sizes (14″, 16″ and 18″): Rigid kraft cardboard triangular tubes
Additional moisture protection
Durable outer packaging for shipping

Your posters arrive flat (small sizes) or rolled in a protective tube (large sizes).

France and European Union: No customs fees, VAT included
Switzerland, United Kingdom, other countries: Customs fees and local taxes may apply. They are the responsibility of the recipient and vary according to local regulations.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are printed on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns for simple changes of mind. This is an eco-responsible approach that avoids waste.

HOWEVER, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, we will replace it free of charge or give you a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Don't panic! Contact us within 14 days of receipt with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged product
A photo of the outer packaging

We will send you a free replacement immediately, at no extra charge. No return of the defective product is necessary.

First, check the tracking of your parcel with the number provided by email. If the estimated delivery time is exceeded by more than 7 days:

Contact us with your order number
We will open an investigation with the carrier
If the parcel is lost, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund

For now, we do not offer customization (name, color, etc.). Each poster is an original work created by our artists and is an integral part of the narrative universe. However, we are exploring the possibility of offering customization options in the future!
